Brad is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas (licence#
0543070) with a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin,
graduating in 1991. Brad recently obtained the PMP (Project Management
Professional) credential offered by the Project Management Institute- PMI.
The PMP allows brokers to approach real estate transactions as discrete
projects requiring the application of project management skills. These skills
take the form of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and
finally closing the project. This project management experience coupled with
a finance background allows Brad to provide superior cost effective real
estate service to his clients.
