(licence# 0543070) with a BBA in Finance from the University of
Texas at Austin, graduating in 1991. Brad recently obtained the
PMP (Project Management Professional) credential offered by
the Project Management Institute- PMI. The PMP allows
brokers to approach real estate transactions as discrete
projects requiring the application of project management skills.
