Rebated Buyer Representation
Receive up to 50% cash back after closing. Ordinarily the buyers' agent receives a 3% commission for representing the
buyer, but not with us, we will rebate half of our sales commission back to you after closing which effectively reduces your
purchase cost. Follow the steps below to sign up.

If you have already selected a property to purchase, and are ready to make an offer, we may be able to give you a larger
rebate than specified below. Please call Kelly Lewis at 713-557-2164 to discuss details regarding enhanced rebates.
1 - Sign the attached rebate agreement and either fax, mail, or scan back to us. This agreement
states how and when your rebate will be paid.
2 - Sign the Buyers Representation Agreement. This agreement authorizes us to act as your real
estate agent during your transaction. All homes listed in the MLS will require a buyer to be
represented by an licensed real estate agent before closing.
3 - Sign the attached form that explains what "Brokerage Services" are. This is a standard form that
all Clients must sign no matter what real estate brokerage you use.
