1 - Choose to complete either the Excel listing form or the Adobe Acrobat form attached below. This
data will be used by our team to enter your listing into the MLS system. Please don't forget to initial
each page.
If you have Microsoft Excel use this form because it has entry validation and help notes for
completing all fields.
To determine the "List Price" (the lease amount) for your property, you can request a Comparative
Market Analysis (CMA) from us by clicking this link, or, if you already know what you want to list your
rental for, use that amount. Other options for determining your homes lease value would be to drive
around your neighborhood looking for similar homes "For Lease", or "For Rent" and call to inquire about
the rent amount. Another alternative is to visit the Houston Association of Realtors free website at
www.har.com and browse the Lease Listings in your zip code.
If you don't have Microsoft Excel software installed on your computer you will need to use this Adobe
Acrobat version of the file.

not opt for a SUPRA keybox. We will notify you via e-mail once your MLS listing has been entered. Once
notified, you should check your listing at www.har.com to ensure the submission was accurately
