Full Service at a Discount - 2% Commission on Sales Price
In addition to our Flat Fee Plans, we also offer Discounted Full Service. This is a listing just like those offered by
traditional real estate brokers, except chances are we aren't as expensive as them. We offer this service to home
owners within Beltway 8.
If you go with this Plan, we are there for you from start to finish, every step of the way.
Our full service fee is paid at closing and equals 2% of the sales price. If you sell to a buyer represented by a real
estate agent you will need to compensate the buyers' broker 3% of the sales price, for a total commission of 5%. With
our full service listing plan you save 1% in Realtor commissions, which can equates to a lot of money. For example, if
a home is sells for $700,000 that is a savings of $7,000 to the seller. If you find an unrepresented buyer to purchase
your home you will only pay the 2% listing side commission, so in this case, assuming the same $700,000 sale, the
seller saves $28,000 in Realtor commissions; a truly remarkable savings.
After you have downloaded and printed the listing forms please call Kelly Lewis at 713-557-2164 to arrange a time to
meet and go over the entire process. During this meeting Kelly will explain what to expect when selling your home
and you both can walk through the forms and complete them together.
