MFR Introduction
Memorial First Realty is a growing real estate company in the Houston area with a solid business plan
for success. MFR offers agents flexibility regarding the commissions charged their clients since we do
not mandate a 3% commission on the listing side, or for buyer representation. Our experience gained
through multiple transactions indicates that sometimes it's better to charge a lower commission that
results in more deals closing; especially in light of the troubled economy and shrinking real estate
markets. Because of this, we allow our agents to represent both sellers and buyers for a minimum of
2% of the sales price, but we leave it up to our agents to decide how much to charge, with the maximum
being 3% of the negotiated sales price. If this is something that interests you please read below to

No monthly dues
No mandatory meetings

Work from home
Keep your own email address, but if you want a corporate email address one will be assigned
Automated call transfers to your cell phone from our state of the art IVR (Interactive Voice
Response) phone system. This way customers and potential customers contact you directly and
leave messages on your personal cell phone
Professional VoiceMail box at our corporate phone number with multiple features. This allows
you to call our business line and get your recorded messages and administer your mailbox
Weekly rotation of  "On-Call Realtor" lead generator. Leads that call our business phone number
and select the "Speak to the On-Call Realtor" option will be transferred directly to your cell phone
Use of company SUPRA keyboxes for free; however, you are required to replace lost, damaged,
or stolen keyboxes
Use of company signs for free, only that you pay to have a ryder with your name and phone
number; however, you are required to replace lost, damaged, or stolen signs
Use of Centralized Showing Service (CSS) for free
You are required to join HAR.com and TEMPO MLS and pay all associated fees
Consultation with your Broker at any time to help you with questions and advice on your deals
Choice of your own title company to close your deals
Free email broadcasts to brokers and other Realtors in your target area marketing your listings.
These emails can be scheduled and have opt in and opt out features that are automated so
Realtors that no longer want to receive the broadcast can remove their address from the list
In house lead generation by up selling flat fee customers to full service commission plans after
a one month DOM (Days on Market). Lead contact information will be divided between active
agents equally
Sponsor new agents and earn a 5% reoccurring hiring bonus based on that agents performance
Keep 80% of your commission
