		Flat Fee Lease Listing Plan - $149 listing fee, and you determine the fee to pay the tenants
		agent, if any, and that's it! Get your investment property noticed and leased fast without paying a full priced Realtor one months rent in the process! With this Listing Plan you can use our Landlord Resources page to download Residential Lease forms to use when drafting your lease once you've found a suitable renter. You can also download a Lease Application used to screen out undesirable renters. Also, for an additional fee, you can rent a SUPRA key box and get professional scheduling of appointments through Centralized Showing Services (CSS). If you don't want a key box, but do want a professional yard sign, you can rent one from us for an additional charge. 		Flat Fee Only Listing Plan - $289 listing fee to us, plus a 1% to 3% commission paid to the
		Buyers Agent when your home sells (you determine the amount paid to the buyers agent). This Plan is for those individuals that want to save a lot of money and sell their home themselves, but just need help getting the word out to potential buyers through the MKS and other listing websites. Also, for an additional fee, you can rent a SUPRA key box and get professional scheduling of appointments through Centralized Showing Services (CSS). If you don't want a key box, but do want a professional yard sign, you can rent one from us for an additional charge. 		Discounted Full Service Listing Plan - 2% commission to us be paid at closing, plus a 1% to
		3% commission paid to Buyers Agent (you determine the amount paid to the buyers agent). Commissions are calculated from the sales price of your home. The level of service under this listing plan is the same that you would receive with any full commissioned broker, but the odds are you will receive better and more personalized service if you go with MFR, and you will still save a minimum of 1% since our sales commission is only 2% versus the customary 3% charged by many of the large brokerage firms in the area. You also decide how much to compensate the buyers agent so you are able to save money on that side of the transaction as well.
