Selecting a Listing Plan that is Right for You!

If you are an independently minded seller who has a fundamental knowledge of residential real
estate transactions you should go with our Flat Fee Only Listing Plan. We will list your home in the
MLS within 24hrs (in most cases) of receiving your payment and will also assist you during the
negotiation phase of your deal, via e-mail or fax, should you have questions. If you want a little
more personal attention, go with our Flat Fee with Service Listing Plan. With this plan you still
receive a huge cost savings, but we are there to provide enhanced services along the way. If you
decide you need our support from start to finish, every step of the way, you should choose our

		Flat Fee Only Listing Plan - $289 listing fee, plus a 1% to 3% commission paid to buyers
